About Jacquelyn
My work examines how institutions collaborate, make decisions, and partner with community leaders.
For more than twelve years, I have worked across public health, nonprofit leadership, research, healthcare, teaching, and coalition-building. Across these settings, I have become especially interested in the gap between what organizations say they value and how power, resources, and decisions actually move.
Cultural humility is one of the primary lenses I bring to this work. I see it as an ongoing practice of self-reflection, openness to correction, and accountability—not a one-time training or checklist.
Who defines the problem? Whose knowledge counts? Who has the power to change course?
